No obligation to buy
One of our free wine tastings will give us the opportunity to show you the quality and variety of red and white wines, Champagne, Armagnac, sherry and port in our collection but more importantly will give you the chance to put together a mixed case of wine to really suit your own tastes.
Make it a party
Why not host a party that makes wine the main event? Whether you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary invite your family and friends to take pleasure in some of our standard favourites or try some of the exciting new wines in our collection.
Key tips for a successful wine tasting
- Make sure you have enough wine glasses to go around. Each person will need two, one for sampling reds and one for whites
- Make sure you have standard wine glasses so you that you really get to appreciate the flavours of the individual wines in our collection
- Keep a jug of water available so that you and your friends can rinse their glasses out between wines
- Have some snacks available
Storing your wine
We suspect that you won't be able to keep our wines for very long but in case you can resist here our top tips to storing wine at home. Ideally a wine cellar will exclude direct sunlight and temperature fluctuation that can affect the flavour and prematurely age wine. Alternatively you can also use:
- your bedroom closet
- a cabinet
- your garage
- a fireplace that isn't used
- your kitchen pantry
Once opened the easiest way to keep your wine to replace the cork and place the bottle in the refrigerator.
