Murphy's Chardonnay
All fruit is harvested in the early morning, crushed, the must is chilled and pressed. The juice is settled to clarify. Their quality grapes have produced an appealing Chardonnay with clean crisp characters of mango and melon. An easy drinking wine which is best whilst young.

Murphy's Shiraz
Following the harvest the grapes were crushed, de-stemmed and pumped into tanks for fermentation. Traditional fermentation techniques of pumping over to extract colour and flavour were followed before the skins were pressed. Bright red colour showing ripe berry fruit aromas and a soft rich taste.

Palandri Pinnacle Chardonnay
The Pinnacle range takes its name from ancient rock formations found deep in the Western Australia Outback. These unique geographical landmarks lend their name to these equally unique wines from Palandri
This Palandri Pinnacle Chardonnay features fresh, lively grapefruit and pineapple aromas with hints of peach and melon, combining a apalate of tropical pineapple and lively citrus fruit characters.

Palandri Pinnacle Shiraz
This quality Palandri Pinnacle Shiraz displays a deep brick red colouring with bright purple highlights. The bouquet is filled with fruit aromas - plums and blackberries and a little white pepper is evident.
The palate is crammed with full fruit flavours including rich plums and blackberries and is underpinned by hints of spice and white pepper. It is long, soft and rounded with soft tannins providing an excellent finish.
The great majority of fruit came from the Great Southern region of Western Australia (67%), with smaller parcels drawn from Margaret River (17%). The remaining was sourced from the Geographe region.
Around 20% was matured in a combination of new and old American Oak barrels. The various parcels were then drawn together and given a short period in oak prior to bottling.

Paxton AAA Shiraz Grenache
Paxton AAA Shiraz Grenache is a vibrant blend of approximately 75% Shiraz and 25% Grenache from some special little pockets amongst our vineyards. The Shiraz was selected from the ‘Gateway' and ‘Jones Block’ vineyards, renowned for producing some of the best fruit in the region. These select parcels were blended with complimentary Grenache to create a wine that is engaging to a wide range of drinkers. Our blend is fun, appealing and, unlike some members of Paxton, not over the top.
Colour: Paxton AAA displays medium intensity ruby red with purple hues
Nosev: Lifted, bright, spicy red berry fruit with some floral notes.
Palate : Bright spicy berry fruit, flavour filled with a fine tannin profile and a lingering savoury back palate. Smooth, even and balanced.

Paxton Chardonnay
Paxton Chardonnay. Sourced from the Paxton’s ‘Thomas Block’, this is the third release of this single vineyard wine, displaying fruit freshness and structure highlighting the suitability of this site for the production of super premium Chardonnay.
The section selected for the Paxton Chardonnay is the ‘Low Trellis’ (25 years old), which is hand pruned and utilises foliage wires for canopy management. Low yields and minimal irrigation combined with one of the coolest McLaren Vale sites, good soil moisture reserves and aged, deep rooting vines results in fruit with exceptional concentration of flavour and natural acidity.
The bouquet shows lifted floral fragrance with citrus and stone fruit. The palate is complex, even and attractive with freshness and texture. Citrus and stonefruit with some creamy complexity, balanced by an attractive minerally structure with crisp flavorsome length. A great expression of the fruit from the vintage.

Paxton Pinot Gris
Paxton Pinot Gris is increasing in popularity and we believe it’s a variety well suited to one of McLaren Vale’s coolest sites - Paxton’s Thomas Block. The Paxton Pinot Gris is a crisp and fresh style, whilst also capturing the interesting characters and essence of the variety. The 2008 vintage is the second release of this single vineyard wine and displays fruit freshness and structure highlighting the suitability of this site for the production of premium white varieties.
Paxton Pinot Gris is pale straw coloured with copper hues. The nose shows citrus and apple tones with a lifted spice fragrance. On the palate Paxton Pinot Gris develops citrus flavours leading to a full, attractive and crisp flavoursome finish.

This is the classic blending of two white wines which compliment each other perfectly. Semillon Chardonnay is a soft flavoursome, dry wine balanced by fresh herbaceous overtones.

Stoney Vale Shiraz Cabernet
Stoney Vale Cabernet Shiraz is full flavoured and smooth with soft, ripe blackcurrant, plums and bramble fruit.
The palate is medium-bodied with fresh dark red berry fruits leading to a sweet mid-palate and long fruit driven finish.
