Chateauneuf – du – Pape Rouge
The king of wines. It is always rich and spicy. A very complex flavour with elegance and much softer tannins than lesser Rhone wines. Exotic scents occasionally reminiscent of orange peel. AOC Chateauneuf- du -Pape.

A very aromatic, fruity and supple red wine with a bouquet of violet and blackcurrant. AOC Cotes du Rhone.

Cotes du Rhone Blanc
Colour : bright, pale gold with silver tints
Nose : aromas of white flowers and white fruit
Palate : nicely balance wine. Clairette brings the freshness and white Grenache body and softness
Grape : White Grenache (50%) and Clairette (40%)
Soil : essentially clay and limestone
Vinification : after pressing, the must is cold settled for 48 hours. Fermentatoin temperatures are controlled.
Maturing : in vats without malolactic fermentation. Early bottling at the end of winter.

Tavel Rose
Colour : intense pink colour with salmon reflects
Nose : ripe fruit of apricots and strawberries
Palate : round wine with a good structure. Aromas of red fruit including raspberries and strawberries
Grapes : Grenache, Syrah & Mouvedre
Soil : vineyards situated on the right bank of the Rhone on soil of small limestone pebbles and red clay.
Vinification : maceration for about 24 hours in a controlled temperature
Maturing : in vats

Vacqueyras Rouge
This wine has a lot of power and perfumes. It is well-rounded and well-balanced with a deep red colour. The bouquet is complex with a mixture of fruity, spicy and flowered scents. Flavours are full-bodied with hints of fruitiness and roundness. AOC Vacqueyras.
