Anakena Sauvignon Blanc
Maceration takes place before pressing the Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The must is fermented between 13-15° C in stainless steel tanks. There is no malolactic fermentation.
Anakena Sauvignon is a delicate and crisp pale wine. This subtle wine shows complex citric and herbal aromas and hints of tropical fruit as pineapple and passion fruit. At the palate it is elegant, fresh and with a long finish.
Delicious as an aperitif, or with poultry, seafood, salmon, and salads. Ideal serving temperature is 12-14ºC.

Bourgogne Aligote
Known as the "Country Wine" of Burgundy, many find the Aligote grape has an appeal all of its own. Distinctive for its lemony tartness yet fully rounded in the mouth. Better vintages can make a exceptionally good wine.

Chateau de la Roulerie Cabernet Franc
The grapes for this wine are grown on the right bank of the Layon region at the heart of the wine producing area of Coteaux du Coteaux du Layon.
The hand-picked grapes are carefully sorted, destemmed and placed in stainless steel vats at 30-33°C. The must is frequently pumped over with maceration lasting 8 to 15 days. The wines are left to mature on their lees for 3 or 4 months then kept in the bottle for 6 months before release.
Chateau de la Roulerie Cabernet Franc features a magnificient deep red colour with an enticing bouquet of fruits of the forest - a fine expression of mature cabernet, round, supple and elegant. A pleasure to drink with a long-tasting flavour.

Don Cristobal White
Don Cristobal White is a combination of Chardonnay, Chenin and Viognier which results in a lively and charming white wine with a bright yellow colour with green highlights. The nose is reminiscent of ripe citrus and tropical fruits and achieves an ideal balance thanks to to its fresh acidity and its delicate sweet taste.
Harvest was by hand to retain all the aromas of each grape variety. The grapes are cold pressed followed by sediemnt removal to allow the clear must to ferment.
Alcoholic fermentation last for up to 18 days. The assemblage of each grape varietal is carefully made, seeking the perfect balance for Don Cristobal White.

Maven Sauvignon Blanc
This premium Sauvignon Blanc by Maven is a single-vineyard wine grown exclusively in their estate vineyard near the stony banks of Marlborough's Wairau River. Maven separated the main block into a number of zones and varied the amount of leaf plucking in each. This directly affects the fruit's flavour and composition, with more exposure to the Marlborough sun leading to riper, more tropical flavours.
Lifted aromas of passionfruit and gooseberry abound. A vibrant, lively wine, this Maven Sauvignon Blanc balances the freshness of melon and lime with rich, ripe tropical fruit on the palate and a lingering finish. Subtle use of seasoned French oak casks on a portion of the blend has added further weight and complexity.

The fruit for Mud House Pinot Gris was sourced from the d'Avergene vineyard in Marlborough and the Glasnevin Vineyard in Waipara. The d'Avergene Vineyard is located in the lower Wairau Valley and has deep fertile soils where the Glasnevin Vineyard is sited on the Waipara River and has free draining alluvial soils.

Paxton Chardonnay
Paxton Chardonnay. Sourced from the Paxton’s ‘Thomas Block’, this is the third release of this single vineyard wine, displaying fruit freshness and structure highlighting the suitability of this site for the production of super premium Chardonnay.
The section selected for the Paxton Chardonnay is the ‘Low Trellis’ (25 years old), which is hand pruned and utilises foliage wires for canopy management. Low yields and minimal irrigation combined with one of the coolest McLaren Vale sites, good soil moisture reserves and aged, deep rooting vines results in fruit with exceptional concentration of flavour and natural acidity.
The bouquet shows lifted floral fragrance with citrus and stone fruit. The palate is complex, even and attractive with freshness and texture. Citrus and stonefruit with some creamy complexity, balanced by an attractive minerally structure with crisp flavorsome length. A great expression of the fruit from the vintage.

St Bris
The Sauvignon grape variety was planted later between 1950 and 1955 and came originally from Sancerre to the west. Sauvignon de St Bris is very popular in Paris and is now becoming increasingly popular in the UK with its aromas of gooseberry, blackcurrant and fresh clean steely finish.
Bersan St Bris has a clear, brilliant yellow colour. Fine, delicate nose mixing involving small white flowers, mineral notes and touches of citrus fruits. The mouth seduces by its coolness, its silky texture, its fat, the neatness and the obstinacy of its flavors. Beautiful alliance soil vine.
