Anakena Cabernet Sauvignon Rose
100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Rapel Valley, Alto Cachapoal.
Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are macerated at 10ºC for 12 hours in stainless steel tanks. The must is separated from the skin before the fermentation process takes place. Fermentation follows at 15ºC. Not aged in oak.
Anakena Cabernet Sauvignon Rose is a fresh Cabernet Sauvignon Rose with plums, red cherry and spice aromas. Smooth on the palate with red berries flavours, this wine shows excellent balance and has a fresh pleasing finish.
Delicious as an aperitif, with white meats and salads. Ideal serving temperature is 10-12ºC.

Spanish Rose made from 100 per cent Syrah for a fuller, richer flavour.
100% Syrah from tiny yields (1.5 kilos per vine). Vibrant, striking bright strawberry colour. Pronounced, redberry fruit on nose. Fresh, vibrant, rounded with good body and generous summerfruits, raspberries, strawberries opening up. Good clean acidity with pleasant lingering finish.
Serve chilled - ideal with barbecue and spicy food.

Chateau Lavillotte St Estephe AC
This 11 hectare vineyard, enjoying superb exposure and planted with noble grape varieties, is the object of detailed attention and skilled cultivation techniques.
Vinification is in the traditional manner - the wine is matured in oak barrels then bottled and kept in superbly conditioned underground cellars for ageing.
Appellation : AOC. Saint Estephe
History : In 1962, this ancient vineyard, reduced to a few old and poorly tended vines, was completely restored with the greatest care by the present owner..
Geographical situation and soil : This estate is marvellously located on clayey chalk and stony subsoil.
The vineyard : Size of the estate : 6 acres.
Blend : 67% Cabernet sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot, 30% Merlot. The average age of the vines is 40 years.
Wine making : with a wonderful exposition and planted with prime stocks, the vineyard is most carefully tended and benefits from accomplished methods of cultivation. The harvest, vinified in the traditional way, is aged in oak cask and put into bottles which are kept in underground cellars, admirably suited for ageing.
Wine charateristic : The resulting wines are powerful with melting tannins and much appreciated for their remarkable finesse and delicate bouquet.
Production : 5000 cases (60 000 bottles)

Round Hill Zinfandel
The White Zinfandel has pleasing aromas of cherry, strawberry, kiwi and melon with nuances of ripe peach. Flavors are full, crisp and balanced to match with a variety of foods or to drink as an aperitif. The fruit intensity holds in the midpalette and finishes crisp and clean. Great for sipping by the swimming pool.
Food Reccomendation: This wine is great with all types of grilled foods from seafood and steak to chicken and Waldorf salads. Our White Zinfandel is wonderful with spicy Thai and Latin dishes as well.

Von Schleinitz Pinot Noir Rose
A beautifully crafted pale rose made from 100% pinot Noir. This wine is stunning value with elegant fruit, delicate salmon pink colour and a rich ripe berry finnish. The winemaker Konrad Hahn has purposely kept the colour light as the skins were taken away from the juice early to ensure that the tannin balance in the wine was not overpowering.
Perfect to drink with Woodland mushrooms, light fish dishes and on its own well chilled.
